Our cheesecakes are handmade with fresh ingredients. Some products may contain allergens such as dairy, eggs, nuts, gluten, or soy. If you have allergies or intolerances, please reach out before ordering.

3. Orders

Orders can be placed:

  • In-store.
  • On our website.
  • Through third-party platforms like JustEat.

All prices include VAT. Full payment is required at checkout.

4. Pick-up & Delivery

  • Pick-up orders must be collected during our shop hours.
  • For best taste and texture, we recommend consuming your cheesecake on the same day.
  • We are not responsible for any delivery delays or damage caused by third-party services.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

As our cheesecakes are made to order and perishable, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the product is damaged upon receipt.
To cancel an order, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.

All content on our website and social channels—including logos, images, and text—is the property of Cheesecake Project and may not be reused without permission.
