  This time, it tasted just as good as all the other times we’ve had it before: the sweetness and saltiness were well balanced, and there was a gentle matcha flavor. They also let us try another flavor, the San Sebastian, which was very delicious.
  I believe the previous one was just an accident. Although it did leave some regret on my son’s birthday, the store’s follow-up service and proactive response were excellent, and the taste is now as good as always.

  They've not been open long but people seem to be loving it and I can see why. Tried their original, chocolate, pistachio flavour the first time and what's stands out is the lack of sweetness, rather creaminess and smoothness.
  The next day we went we also tried their matcha (which will be available next week) and this was the best. No doubt some of the nicest cheesecakes I've tried.
  Also their coffee was the best this amsterdam trip – what a cappuccino! It's a tiny shop but always packed.

  The cheesecakes speak themself, love the lava-ish bursting basque cake, the taste is immaculate, creamy and rich, really well done with their cake, 10 out of 10 for me, staff are friendly and helpful too. But I do want to recommend them to put a bit more efforts on their take away services in order to make the overall experience remarkable.
  I'm saying this because there are only a few seats available in the store, so most people would have their purchases as take away; Despite the Double size has a beautiful eco bamboo box, but for the Single slice, Medium or Large sizes for 'take away', the packaging's are very disappointing. Not that it's ugly, but it just doesn't provide enough support to the cake and cause a deformation after a few mins of riding on a bike (while already being very careful). That result surely ruined the mood for me and I know my friends also had the similar experiences on this matter. I genuinely hope they can find a solution soon.
