The Cheesecake Project started a few years ago during a trip between friends, with a simple idea: bringing something genuinely delicious to Amsterdam. Back home, we realized we couldn't find the Spanish cheesecake we loved, so we started baking it ourselves. First at home, then for friends, then for more and more people. Somewhere along the way, the magic happened. We've always shared a love for good food, good taste, and bringing people together around a table. That spirit became the heart of The Cheesecake Project. Today, we still want every person walking into our stores to feel welcomed like a guest at home: warm hospitality, quality products, and cheesecakes made with care.
