I was a but surprised that the cheesecake had a layer of base, biscuits-butter base, but the owner explained to me that even in Spanish the majority of the cheesecakes are made like this. The cheese part is not too sweet, so it fits perfectly in any diets. 😉 I can highly recommend it!

  Lemon 🍋 was familiar 😋 taste…so was okay but nothing new.
  Chocolate was for my too mild flavor… I was looking more thence flavor…
  But the original cheesecake 🧀 … I loved the flavor 😋 that was not too sweet, but it was just right. It was fresh and soft!

  They've not been open long but people seem to be loving it and I can see why. Tried their original, chocolate, pistachio flavour the first time and what's stands out is the lack of sweetness, rather creaminess and smoothness.
  The next day we went we also tried their matcha (which will be available next week) and this was the best. No doubt some of the nicest cheesecakes I've tried.
  Also their coffee was the best this amsterdam trip – what a cappuccino! It's a tiny shop but always packed.

This was my first time trying this variant and I have to say that I think I prefer this style of cheesecake. The taste was very good and had that perfect cheesy flavour you would associate with cheesecake. The people working here were very friendly, they asked me about my opinion on their product and explained the process of making their pies. I highly recommend people to give this place a shot!
  Edit: I came back for a second time to try new flavours and I have to say the chocolate cheesecake is out of this world, the texture perfectly matched the flavour, highly recommend trying that one.

  The cheesecakes speak themself, love the lava-ish bursting basque cake, the taste is immaculate, creamy and rich, really well done with their cake, 10 out of 10 for me, staff are friendly and helpful too. But I do want to recommend them to put a bit more efforts on their take away services in order to make the overall experience remarkable.
  I'm saying this because there are only a few seats available in the store, so most people would have their purchases as take away; Despite the Double size has a beautiful eco bamboo box, but for the Single slice, Medium or Large sizes for 'take away', the packaging's are very disappointing. Not that it's ugly, but it just doesn't provide enough support to the cake and cause a deformation after a few mins of riding on a bike (while already being very careful). That result surely ruined the mood for me and I know my friends also had the similar experiences on this matter. I genuinely hope they can find a solution soon.
